ESCAP secretariat is currently undertaking a study project on “Enhancing energy efficiency of the freight transport sector in Asia and the Pacific”. Within the scope of this study project activities, a series of capacity building workshops is organized to disseminate the study findings and best practices. These workshops will contribute to human resource development and knowledge transfer of technical knowledge to the focal countries. 

The next workshop will be organized in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on 11 January 2024. This workshop will focus on the East and Northeast Asia subregion and will be co-organized by the GTI Secretariat. We would like to use this opportunity to invite members of the relevant GTI Boards and Committees and other relevant and interested stakeholders working in the NEA region to participate at the Workshop.

During the workshop, English-Chinese-Russian interpretation will be provided.
